In recent years, with the joint efforts of government departments and the business community, China and Russia have continuously deepened practical cooperation in 5G network construction, satellite navigation and e-commerce, and achieved a series of important achievements. These achievements not only enhanced the well-being of the two peoples, but also contributed positively to the development of the global information and communication industry. During the same period, the Ministry of Communications and media of the Russian Federation, together with the Moscow Ruby Museum and the NP REAC, organized the sixth large-scale Communications Forum Seminar. Over 30 conferences and seminars were held on the topics of digital future, the development of Big Data Media, International Communication Seminar, Innovative Design and sustainable development, etc. , to jointly explore the future development direction of the Russian communication field.
Core customers from home and abroad—including communication operators, large data center service providers, and intelligent manufacturing equipment manufacturers—streamed in continuously. The staff greeted them promptly, and through dynamic demonstrations of core products such as low-loss optical fibers and high-purity optical preforms, intuitively showcased the products’ advantages in transmission rate, stability, energy consumption control, and other aspects. Addressing customers’ key concerns such as "long-distance transmission signal attenuation", "adaptation to extreme temperature and humidity environments", and "bulk supply lead time", the technical team retrieved measured data from past benchmark projects on-site. Using chart comparisons and case breakdowns, they detailed the implementation path of customized solutions, enabling customers to clearly understand how the products accurately match their business scenarios.
During the exchanges, customers actively shared their needs: a leading domestic communication operator, which is advancing a provincial-level 5G base station expansion project, put forward an urgent requirement of "completing the first batch of optical fiber component supply within 3 months". Both parties verified product parameters, supply cycles, and installation supporting services on-site, initially finalizing the sample testing schedule and bulk procurement framework. A cross-border data center service provider focused on the optical link upgrade of overseas nodes, emphasizing communication on the products’ international certification qualifications, cross-border logistics timeliness, and localized after-sales response mechanisms, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention. Additionally, several equipment manufacturers focused on technological innovation, conducting in-depth discussions with Jinlong Optoelectronics’ technical team on joint R&D plans regarding performance optimization and cost control of new optical communication components, and clarifying the timeline and division of labor for subsequent technical docking.
During the exhibition, a small negotiation area was set up at the booth to facilitate closed-door discussions on cooperation details. From product quotations and contract terms to after-sales support systems, the staff responded to customers’ questions one by one, and some customers with clear cooperation intentions signed cooperation memorandums on-site. For potential customers who had not yet reached immediate cooperation, the team carefully recorded their pain points and contact information, established exclusive customer files, and planned to complete secondary docking within 72 hours after the exhibition.
This exhibition not only achieved efficient "face-to-face" demand matching but also strengthened the brand’s recognition in the industry through professional technical output and a sincere communication attitude. It not only secured multiple immediate cooperation intentions and reserved a pool of high-potential customer resources but also laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation such as subsequent joint technology R&D and cross-border business expansion, further broadening Jinlong Optoelectronics’ cooperation boundaries in the optical communication field.
